Remarks: Reu-Lac is a non-steroidal supplement containing human type II collagen. Immunotherapy by type II collagen has been approved to down-regulate abnormal auto-inmmune inflammation of rheumatoid arthritis ¡]RA¡^. However, the current chemical extraction of type II collagen from chicken bones is greatly limited to its production yield. The prices of traditional type II collagen are thus to be of low acceptability to general patients.
