Major function

1. Compared with Calcium Carbonate unprocessed, bulk density becomes larger obviously, water absorption value declines, oil absorption value drops. It is easy to detract after mixed with resin, time of melting shortens, balance disdance declines, surface of the products appears polished and smooth, touches good.

2. Tensile strength and impact strength of rubber and plastic filled with Calcium Carbonate disposed in surface are much higher than that unprocessed.

3. In the course of process, Calcium Carbonate with surface treatment can shorten the time of kneading, which enhances producing efficiency.

4. Proper PH value, good compatibility with resin can increase filler level, reduce production cost, especially fit for PVC.

Sediment volume: put 15g sample in 100C.C. measuring cylinder with scale, and shake it after pouring the water reach the 100C.C, measure it about one hour later .

Major function

Major function

1. Put Talcum Powder in application to improve the process ability of rubber resin, such as compression mold, compression ductility, efflux, which can take place of part of expensive rubber mixings in 10%-15% to reduce material cost and supply its physical property.

2. In painting and coating, patience of insolation, resistance to high temperature, unondiscolouring under ultra - violet rays, retaining the inherent luster and color in a long time, better property in acid resistance and anticorrosion, water resisting, fouling resistance, aging resistance, hard wearing, steam resisting and chemical stability, hard fire retardancu.

Major function

Barium Sulfate is white powder, which is not dissoluble in water, acid, alkali and other solvents.
